Invoices will not be sent together with the goods. Generally, invoices will be issued and mailed separately about one week after the order is signed for receipt.
If you find that the package has been damaged before signing for receipt, please take photos or record videos as evidence immediately and contact the customer service within 24 hours to solve the problem. If you find that the outer packaging is severely damaged, please reject the package on the spot.
If your package is lost during transportation, please contact your account manager immediately. The account manager will help you handle and solve the problem as soon as possible.
If your order has not been paid yet, you can click “Cancel Order” in the order details. If you have already made the payment, please contact your account manager immediately to cancel the order and request a refund.
Please note that most orders will be automatically synchronized to our warehouse system for processing, so you may not be able to cancel the order directly. You need to contact your account manager to assist you with the processing.
Orders containing customized goods or other special remarks cannot be canceled once they are in the shipped status.
