FAQs about Payment
Invoices will not be sent together with the goods. Generally, invoices will be issued and mailed separately about one week after the order is signed for receipt.
If you are unable to use your credit/debit card to complete the checkout, it could be due to transaction restrictions, card errors, an unacceptable card type, or restrictions resulting from card abuse.
To understand the reason why your card was declined in the first place, please contact your bank. They should be able to assist you. If the issue cannot be resolved within a short period of time, try using another card (if available) to make the payment again. Alternatively, you can consider changing to another payment method.
After a successful payment, you will receive an email notifying you that the order payment is successful. Meanwhile, you can also check the order information in “My Orders” in real time.
Possible reasons: The country is not supported. The available payment methods mainly depend on the country/region of the shipping address. Some methods may not be applicable to buyers from certain countries/regions. Please choose a payment method according to the actual situation at checkout.
