Free Warranty Terms:
During the warranty period, Levin Link’s warranty policy only covers issues such as logistics damage and product quality problems that are not caused by human factors.
Free repairs do not include the following situations:

  • The product has exceeded the warranty period.

  • The product is damaged due to unauthorized disassembly, modification or other human factors without confirmation.

  • The product is damaged due to impacts, human negligence, or natural disasters, such as fires, lightning strikes, floods, etc.

  • Damage to the equipment housing, power cord, etc. caused by improper operation during use.

  • Please note that, with approval, the node for canceling custom product orders or changing the requirements for custom products must be before the start of the production of custom products.
