Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
For damaged/wrong items, contact us within 48 hours with order details and photos.
Operation process
Levin Link handles all returned items in accordance with the following steps for the refund, return or exchange, or repair process:
Refund
Levin Link will inspect the products and handle the refund after receiving the returned items. It is expected to be completed within 3 working days.
Exchange
If the exchanged products are in stock, they are expected to be shipped out within 1 to 3 working days. If the exchanged products are out of stock, the Levin Link sales representative will communicate with you and confirm the delivery date for the exchange.
Repair (Within the Warranty Period)
Most products (except consumables) within the warranty period can enjoy free repair services. Levin Link will conduct multiple tests on the repaired products to ensure they are error-free before shipping them out.
