The regulatory – side mainly achieves all – round remote supervision of the processing areas of food production enterprises and the kitchens of catering enterprises through the integrated management system. It also enables the application of displaying videos on large screens and has the function of making the videos accessible on the Internet.
Meanwhile, the system has the following functions: video surveillance, networked supervision, local storage, centralized backup, local display, business data addition, Internet access, electronic map, mobile law enforcement, intelligent alarm, alarm linkage, mobile phone viewing, management functions, and platform docking functions, etc.
